権利・出典について

公式ページへのリンクや、当方が権利を持つ範囲での利用画面のスクリーンショットを用いた紹介・レビューは歓迎します。エキココとの提携・公認と誤認される表示は避けてください。

コード・文章・素材の再利用

独自に制作したプログラム・文章・図案等の権利は、エキココ運営者または各権利者に帰属します。公開サービスの通常の利用に必要な実行・ダウンロード・キャッシュを認めますが、コードや素材の再配布、改変版の公開、別サービスへの転用を包括的に許諾するものではありません。ご希望の場合はメールでお問い合わせください。

法令上認められる利用や、第三者のライセンスで認められた利用を制限するものではありません。生成AIを利用した画像を含み、すべての画像に独占的な著作権が成立すると主張するものではありません。

駅データの出典とライセンス

内蔵の駅・路線データ：station_database（Seo-4d696b75 と contributors）。CC BY 4.0。対象地域・営業中の駅を抽出し、形式変換、座標の丸め、ローマ字・検索用索引の生成を行っています。
内蔵データ圏外の駅情報：© OpenStreetMap contributors。ODbL 1.0。Overpass APIから取得した駅名・座標を表示用に整形しています。

これらの外部データには、それぞれの利用条件が適用されます。エキココ独自部分の再利用条件は、外部データのライセンスを制限しません。

名称・画像について

「エキココ / EkiKoko」は本サービスの名称です。商標登録済みであるとの表示はしていません。鉄道会社やデータ提供元との提携・公認を示すものでもありません。紹介ページの車内・施設の画像には、生成AIによるイメージが含まれます。

Rights and sources

Links to the official service and screenshots for reviews or introductions are welcome to the extent that we hold the relevant rights. Do not imply an official partnership or endorsement.

Normal use of the public service, including browser execution, downloading and caching, is permitted. Publishing the service does not grant a general license to redistribute original code or assets, publish modified versions, or reuse them in another service. Contact ekikoko.app@gmail.com for permission. Uses permitted by law and third-party licenses are unaffected.

Station data

Embedded data: station_database by Seo-4d696b75 and contributors, CC BY 4.0. We select regions and active stations, filter lines, transform the format, round coordinates and derive romanized names and search indexes.
Online fallback: © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL 1.0. Station names and coordinates from Overpass API are transformed for display.

Scene images include AI-generated imagery. We do not claim that every generated asset is copyrightable. EkiKoko is the service name; this page does not claim trademark registration or endorsement by a railway company or data provider.
